Sorry for the lateness of this week’s (last week’s!) episode. In keeping with our holiday-ish theme, we went with a film that, although it technically takes place during Easter, should still put you in a holiday mood with all the snow, sweaters, and celebration. Red is the color of the season. Enjoy our take on the Norwegian horror film, Dead Snow.
Child’s Play is a classic, and one of the longest running movie series of all time. We revisit this classic from 1988 starring Chris Sarandon.
Take a high-school sex comedy, mix it with a modern zombie flick, and you’ll get Scout’s Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, a request from loyal listener and previous guest Jordyn. Sorry we were a little slow getting it out this week.
Rounding out Request Month comes a suggestion from Nick Sible about a killer rat.
Loyal listener Manuel requested this week’s topic – another Roger Corman classic that also happens to be Francis Ford Coppola’s first “legitimate” feature film. Filmed in 9 days for about $40,000, this film is not without its flaws, but really, what more can you expect?
